~ SEO work - On completion of your website we will research the internet and submit your domain name/business name to other relevant websites including business directories to increase awareness of your business and to improve search engine optimisation, we will also upload relevant quality reciprocal links to your site as well as monitoring your site and making necessary adjusments to the code to help with your search engine rankings, this work will last 12 hours spread over a 3 month period after site upload = all the above for £550

~ 1 years registration for domain name including 5 email addresses and 5 mail boxes if hosting is also taken with us = £12 to £80pa

Website Maintenance
Option 1: Pay-as-you-go £15 per hour. Each time an update is required we will bill you for the time taken (minimum £15). Updates will be made within 48 hours

Option 2: One off payment of £300. This will give you 2 hours worth of updates per month over 1 year (£12.50 per hour) If the hours are not used in one month we will carry them over to the next. Updates will be made within 48 hours

Option 3: A regular pre-arranged bank transfer on a monthly basis ('standing order') £25 per month for 2 hours work per month. If the hours are not used in one month we will carry them over to the next. Updates will be made within 48 hours

Translation
The whole English website will be duplicated and the translated text inserted (all translations provided by you) = extra £15 per page. A link to the alternative choice of language will of course be on each page.
